Please ensure that your dog has had a good walk before-hand. The less energy your dog has, the more likely it is that they will relax and enjoy themselves. This also gives your dog a chance to go to the toilet and avoids your dog having to be washed repeatedly if there are any unfortunate accidents.
	Please ensure your dog's collar has been secured properly for obvious safety reasons.
	All dogs must be secured by a collar and leash. Do not remove the collar and / or leash upon your arrival. The dog should be handed over to us with the leash attached to the collar.
	All cats must be in a secure pet carrier. We cannot accept cats that are carried in and / or brought in a cardboard box.
	It is advised that you book your appointments well in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during the summer months and holidays.
