	HOW OFTEN CAN I BATHE MY DOG?
	You can bathe your dog as often as once a week, providing you use a mild shampoo, but always remember to brush and comb your pet before bathing as water tightens any knots, or tangles. Also, be sure to rinse thoroughly as any shampoo left in the coat can cause skin irritation.
	HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY PET BE GROOMED?
	That depends on the type / condition of your pet's coat, but a general time frame is anywhere between 4 and 8 weeks. Some people have their pet groomed every other week or even every week.
	DO YOU USE MEDICATED OR HYPOALLERGENIC SHAMPOOS?
	Yes, we have a variety of shampoos. For our basic Grooming and Bath Services, we use a tearless hypoallergenic shampoo. We have other shampoos available if necessary. We bathe all of our pets twice. First bath is to get all of the dirt out of the coat and the second one will be with hypoallergenic or one of our special shampoos.
	HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GROOM MY PET?
	The longest amount of time your pet will have to stay with us is 3 hours, however, they are generally done much sooner than that.
	DO YOU GROOM CATS?
	We have one groomer that specializes in cats. The cat must be very comfortable with the process. Their skin is extremely thin and can be easily cut!! If he or she is not, and you would still like them shaved, then we can refer you to the local veterinarian.
	DO YOU DO TEETH CLEANING?
	We do teeth brushing. If your pet has a great deal of plaque on their teeth, and their gums are red and irritated, then they need to be seen by a veterinarian.
	DO YOU HAVE FLEA CONTROL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE?
	Yes, we do. We sell an All Natural Flea Shampoo.
	WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
	To keep our operating costs down and provide excellent servcies and quality products, we prefer CASH or PERSONAL CHECK. However, we do accept Credit / Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Discover and American Express.
	DO YOU GROOM BIG DOGS?
	Absolutely, we have state of the art equipment that makes handling large breeds much easier.
	DO YOU GROOM SEDATED PETS?
	We do on a limited basis; however, we require that the client consult with their vet and give the medication at home before bringing the pet to the salon. We DO NOT administer any type of sedation here in the salon. If you have a pet that you feel needs to be sedated for grooming, please call and discuss it with us before scheduling your appointment.
