All pets scheduled
for grooming at the Salon are required to be current on their Rabies,
Distemper and Kennel Cough vaccines and owner must be able to show
proof upon request. |

We ask that
you please make us aware of any skin condition or health issues
your pet may be experiencing. If you are aware of anything, please
let us know upon drop off. |

We will be
happy to give an estimate of what it will cost to have your pet
groomed. That is exactly what it is - an estimate. No prices are
final until we physically see your dog. Our prices are based upon
breed, size, condition of the coat, temperament and what specific
services you are looking for. |

We make reminder
calls the day before your scheduled visit. If you need to change
or cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so within 24 hours
of your scheduled appointment. Repeat cancellations or no-shows
will result in a $10 fee applied to your next grooming. |

In order to
accomodate all of our scheduled clients, we cannot accept pets after
their designated drop off times. If you are more than fifteen minutes
late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, occasionally,
we may still be able to accept the pet, however, a late arrival
fee of $5 will apply. |

Flea and
Tick Policy - Our policy is to give a flea & tick bath to
all pets that have fleas and / or ticks. If you know your pet
has fleas and / or ticks, please tell us as soon as you come into
the salon. If we discover the fleas and / or ticks after you leave,
we will attempt to contact you, but will proceed with the flea
& tick bath even if we can't reach you. The additional charge
for a flea & tick bath is $4
- $7 for dogs and cats.

toys, grooming supplies may be returned or exchanged within 14 days
of purchase. |

All merchandise
must be in new condition and in original packaging. |

There are NO
returns on treats, food items, dental products or Zymox. |
