| From
start to finish, a pet grooming at our salon takes between 1 1/2
to three hours, depending on which services are being provided.
When your pet is finished, we'll call you so you can pick them up
as soon as their grooming is completed. However, if we are busy,
or if a dog or cat is taking longer to groom than anticipated, we
may not be able to get to your dog or cat as soon as you come in,
even if you have an appointment. |

| If
you need your dog or cat groomed and ready for pick up by a specific
time, discuss this with us when you drop off the dog or cat. Make
sure you have verbal commitment from us before you leave the shop. |

| WE
DO OFFER EXPRESS SERVICE - This is for customers who are limited
for time or have pets that can not be crated. This service means
your groomer has only your dog or cat, from start to finish, with
no interruptions; that way, the time is reduced by half of what
it usually takes. There is a $10 - 15 additional charge for this
service and you must request this service when you schedule your
appointment. |
